The guitar has a unique shape—a slimmer “C”-shaped mahogany neck and the Strat-style 6-in-line headstock give us elements of an electric guitar and Fender’s electric legacy on a guitar with a solid spruce top and mahogany back and sides, the standards woods used for an acoustic guitar. In addition to the Redondo Player’s spruce top and mahogany back and sides, the neck is also made from mahogany, with a walnut fingerboard and bridge. The Redondo Player is a big-bodied dreadnought acoustic guitar that produces rich, sonorous sound that easily fills any room.
