About Us

Buyr is a name-your-price marketplace that lets shoppers set a price on authentic goods from verified merchants, and lets those merchants capture that demand without a public discount.

What Buyr does

Buyr marketplace

Shoppers browse premium brands on buyr.com, set a price on products they want, and unlock deals when matching finds a fit. Inventory is brand-new and authentic from verified US retail partners, with free standard shipping and free returns.

Buyr Shopify app

Merchants install the Buyr app on their Shopify storefront so shoppers can name a price on product pages. The app is free to install. Buyr charges a 4.9% transaction fee on orders captured through Buyr. Merchants set profitability thresholds so they capture demand without racing to a public markdown.

Shopping tools for AI agents

Buyr exposes public shopping tools so another agent can discover products, check offer bands, and submit offers on behalf of a shopper. Agents do not get merchant admin access or private cost data. See For AI Agents for the connection details.

What makes Buyr different

You set the price

Most stores show one list price. You either pay it or leave. On Buyr, you propose what you want to pay. Matching works to unlock a deal when that number fits what a merchant will take.

Private offers, not public stickers

Coupons and flash sales publish a cheaper price for anyone who shows up. A Buyr offer is yours. The brand keeps its list price while your deal is matched in private.

Name your price, not a bid-ask ticker

Resale marketplaces often price premium goods through a public bid and ask. Buyr starts with the shopper’s number on new, authentic inventory from verified partners. You unlock a deal when matching says yes.

Pay only after a match

You are charged only if the offer is accepted and you check out. A rejected offer does not bill you. That keeps the risk on the deal, not on a guess.

Brand protection for merchants

Merchants convert price-sensitive demand without training customers to wait for a sale. They see real willingness-to-pay instead of flying blind on floors. Buyr makes money when merchants make money.

Who uses Buyr

  • Shoppers who want premium and brand-name products and prefer to set a fair price instead of waiting for a public sale
  • Shopify merchants who want more conversion from price-sensitive buyers without devaluing the brand through endless discounts
  • Shopping agents and assistants that need to name a shopper’s price and unlock a deal, not only apply a coupon code
