Free standard shipping

Standard delivery within the United States takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. Shipping is free on all orders. Expedited or upgraded shipping options, when available, may include additional charges shown at checkout.

Free returns

You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free — we email you a prepaid return shipping label. Items should be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and tags where applicable.

How to start a return

The best way to start a return is in My Account. Sign in, open your order, and request a return there. Once your request is approved, we'll email a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Refund timeframe

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
